Experiment 1 - Rude Structures

Hi Russell,

As I have discussed with you previously, I am in the process of building a 1-50 stick model of a rude structure, in an attempt to replicate the aesthetic and honesty of the original materials and forms.
I am just having a bit of trouble determining exactly what I will include on my page describing the experiment. I am pretty sure I will use a single black & white photograph with a lot of contrast for the marketing image but, but apart from my thought process, I don't really know what to include on the actual experiment description page.  Any ideas?

Thanks

  1. Hi Blake, you really need to capture the "rudeness" of the structure ...look to the images in the Rude Structures book you showed me. It seems a great deal about materiality to me, so capturing the textures will be critical. But also the qualities of making ... your thought process should be self evident in the work itself, not an independent 'aloof' or 'arms length' process. Cheers
